Terroir : Multiple layers of clay limestone soils, grey-yellow. Tipical from the region
Viticulture : For more than 20 years, we cultivate and treat our vines with organic methods. Herbs are deeply buried via mecanical work. The terroir keeps then all its natural richness.
Prunning : Guyot (short)
harvest : Mechanical. To take benefits from the night cooling, harvesting is acheive at 4 am.
Aging Blending : After 20 to 24 months aging in oak barrels, the wine is carefully blended.
Embottling : The Belcanto is embottling by a gravity process and then rest in ambiant temperature for some months before being sold.
Production : Medium : around 40/45 hL/ha
Service temperature : 16°C.
